Turtle Beach headset not turning off
There are a few reasons why your Turtle Beach headset might not be turning off. Here are a few things to check
Make sure that the headset is not muted.
Check the battery level. If the battery is low, the headset may not turn off properly.
Try unplugging the headset from your computer and plugging it back in.
If you are using a USB headset, try a different USB port.
If you are using a wireless headset, try turning off the headset and then turning it back on.
